Well...as I was starting out as an MUA, I recall collecting a lot of makeup especially lipsticks, A LOT of them! I thought what better way to start building my makeup kit than applying all these unused products and putting them to work. It then dawned on me a year or two into makeup application, that I desired my own brand @divinehouseofmakeup . But the how and the fear of failing all kicked in at the same time. I was discussing with a friend this afternoon that a lot of the things we fear are mostly in the mind and so trivial when we look back on them. There was very little reason not to start my product business and since launching in 2018 - I’m so glad I did. These lipsticks are bold, beautiful, vegan and gluten free (liquid lippies only). I’m so excited to be apart of a makeup bag and remind women everywhere that they don’t have to wait for a night out or an event before feeling beautiful, confident and amazing!
